Estefania was very helpful and very professional. She was able to help me right away. She was able to schedule an appointment for me the same week. Before the end of our conversation. I received a phonecall for me to confirm my appointment. Thank you so much Estefania. Anyone needing to have work done. I highly recommend them.

I had an incredible experience with Smile Mission Lakeland and I highly recommend them. I was dealing with a dental issue and the scheduling situation got complicated. Akira was absolutely amazing through everything. She was so patient with all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every step. When my appointment had to be changed at the last minute, she immediately worked to find a solution. She even coordinated a phone consultation with Dr. Jorge to make sure I understood all my options clearly. Dr. Jorge’s dedication to his patients is unreal. He postponed his own medical appointment just to make sure patients were taken care of. That level of commitment is so rare to find. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported the entire time. Thank you so much Akira for your kindness and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Jorge and the whole team for going above and beyond! 💙

I looked at the reviews and thought I was going to a good place wrong very wrong. I really felt like the dentist I got was a car salesman I would never go back there. I went to ask about 2 bottom teeth for implants or something to help me fill in the missing teeth the nexted thing I know he said my upper teeth had a Infection and all needed replaced. I 2 weeks before going hear went to another dentist who is just a general dentist and he did exams and everything and not one time said the other teeth were Infected. I ask for a antibiotic and they said sure he will call it it well over a week went bye and still nothing called in to drug store. I called and told the young man at the desk I would never trust this place they can't even call in a antibiotic for me and I'm going to trust them with implants no way. Run is all I can say.

I haven’t had the chance to visit the clinic yet, but I did go ahead and schedule an appointment. Julianna was incredibly helpful—she answered every question and concern I had, and truly made me feel comfortable. Initially, I only reached out to verify pricing through my insurance, but her kindness and attentiveness encouraged me to move forward with scheduling a consultation. Julianna was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire conversation. She made me feel confident that the team truly prioritizes their patients and is focused on care rather than just cost. I’m really looking forward to my first visit and to feeling confident in my smile again. 😁
